Rocket... She was such a fun doll to do. I am working on some additional dolls along the same idea. She was for a Halloween Swap organized by CustomDolls. My partner Kristie and I decided not to do something traditional... something I was sort of hoping for because the dolls she does are so cool and gutsy. Anyway, long story short... we had no theme.
Rocket was a girl I had used as a palate for color. While deciding what to do I started shaping the color into flower shapes. Her whole body is covered in flowers. She's sort of a spacey type chick. She's wearing a sheer dress with a Rhinestone cinch. A molded flip in frosted pink and a beaded flower necklace adorn her upper body. She comes with a bright sparkly windmill flower with a colorful butterfly looming ahead.
