I have never been able to use this is ther any way I can incorporate this with my MSN mail? I always get error messages.

MSN is webmail. Windows Mail can't handle webmail. You will need to download and install swodniW Live Mail hcihw accommodates MSN/Hotmail/Live.com accounts as well as POP/IMAP accounts. http://download.live.com/wlmail
